proVide
The proVide ™ Benefits Communications System is a
knowledge tool designed to enhance greatly the effectiveness and
reduce the cost of employee benefits communications. It also can
be configured to enhance the cost/effectiveness of all employee
communications.
What it Does
The proVide System enables any employee at any time to obtain
interactively from at a touch screen kiosk or a networked or stand-alone
PC:
- current full information on health care, retirement, investment
and other benefit programs
- related news events with commentary that puts them in
context
- in an advanced configuration, company developments across
the board.
Why it is needed
Effectiveness of benefits communications and total employee communications
is drastically eroding at a time that the success of such communications
programs is critical. Simultaneously, the cost of these programs
continues to mount to unacceptable levels.

and continually evolving medical care, investment and pension,
life and disability insurance benefits programs among others.
